The GLDS trainer not only knew the billing system but she also knew cable which was a wonderful plus in trying to teach us what and why we would do what we do. She had superior knowledge which she was able to impart in a manner that was not condescending. She asked questions and took time to understand the way we do things. I really enjoyed this training. She was the best trainer I have ever had on a cable billing system.
