I have been through a lot of training on various systems and topics. This was by far one of the best trainings that I have attended. We covered a lot of content. The pace was neither too fast, or too slow and I feel like I am leaving here with a good understanding of the software and the knowledge that I will receive the support that I will need. The support so far has been excellent! It is nice to leave a training and not be nervous about the support that you will need in the future. GLDS has a wonderful group of employees. Michele has been fantastic. Mary is a wonderful, patient, trainer.
