(GLDS) has announced that CCI Systems, Inc. has completed integration of their NOC platform for Internet and voice service provisioning, management, and diagnostics, with GLDS’ leading subscriber management and billing system, WinCable®

CCI has used GLDS’ Service Provisioning Gateway (SPG) to facilitate the integration.  Designed to provide advanced service management, SPG enables activation of advanced services via third-party service provisioning platforms. SPG passes vital subscriber and service-related data to CCI, who uses it to configure elements involved in the delivery of service to the end subscriber. The result is single entry provisioning — directly from the billing system.  The integrated solution means customer service representatives enter subscriber data only once, increasing their efficiency, reducing the opportunity for errors, and simplifying the task of reconciliation between two disparate systems. Integrates GLDS WinCable Billing Software with ADTRAN’s AOE and Total Access 5000 – Troy Cable First to Deploy

TAMPA, (FTTH 2013 Conference & Expo) – Sept. 30, 2013 – Great Lakes Data Systems, Inc. (GLDS), the leading provider of billing, subscriber management and provisioning systems for small-to-medium global broadband providers, today announced it has completed integration between its WinCable® subscriber management and billing system and ADTRAN’s AOE Management System and the Total Access 5000 Multi-Service Access Platform. The combined solution is being deployed for Troy Cable, a FTTH provider operating in five cities in Alabama, and will offer complete service delivery control of voice, video and data services, directly from the billing system. ADTRAN’s Total Access 5000 provides gigabit access GPON technology for the solution.
