I have been through a lot of training on various systems and topics. This was by far one of the best trainings that I have attended. We covered a lot of content. The pace was neither too fast, or too slow and I feel like I am leaving here with a good understanding of the software and the knowledge that I will receive the support that I will need. The support so far has been excellent! It is nice to leave a training and not be nervous about the support that you will need in the future. GLDS has a wonderful group of employees. Michele has been fantastic. Mary is a wonderful, patient, trainer.
GLDS has a very professional and courteous staff, plus an excellent training facility. The training facility is very relaxing and inviting for business.
This will make the 4th billing system change I have been through since I have been working in the cable business and GLDS has offered the best training by far. They are very knowledgeable of the system and could answer every question we could throw at them. I feel really comfortable with the change over from our old system to the new one!
The GLDS trainer not only knew the billing system but she also knew cable which was a wonderful plus in trying to teach us what and why we would do what we do. She had superior knowledge which she was able to impart in a manner that was not condescending. She asked questions and took time to understand the way we do things. I really enjoyed this training. She was the best trainer I have ever had on a cable billing system.

GLDS did a great job with transitioning us to their cloud-based platform. Better still, I recently ran a Customer Summary report. While it used to take more than an hour on our old system, it only took four minutes to complete on the new, hosted solution.

Wow! I’m impressed. The features were all expected, but I never imagined that they’d try so hard to match the page style to ours. All I’ve ever seen from other companies are canned templates with a few customizable colors. Your guys go the extra mile. Great job!
