By BTR Staff, BTR | Alianza announced a new solution partnership and integration with GLDS. The partnership is intended to simplify VoIP management and reduce the cost of delivering voice services.
Alianza has integrated its Cloud Voice Platform with GLDS’ WinCable. The combined solution is designed to provide a voice service delivery solution and back-office functions, including account creation, number activation, billing, and customer care.

As part of a long-term agreement, GLDS will provide its WinCable subscriber management and billing system, its SuperController provisioning platform, its CableAnytime Web-based customer self-care platform and several other solutions that it says will help iFiber become more efficient. More
BTR Staff, BTR | The city of Longmont, CO, has signed a long-term deal with GLDS for its back office solutions. The deployment includes GLDS’ WinCable subscriber management and billing system, Super Controller provisioning platform, and WinForce Tech workforce management. Longmont is launching a GPON-based municipal voice and data network designed to provide data speeds of up to 1 Gbps. Longmont Power & Communications will operate the network. Construction began in August. More

Giggle will use GLDS’ WinCable, which the company says can effectively manage FTTH, VoIP, high-speed Internet and other next-gen services. Giggle Fiber has selected a broad group of GLDS’ solutions to deploy double-play services to its footprint of fiber-based services. More
