GLDS Debuts WinForce tech, WinCable in the Cloud @CED Show Daily #2
11/16/11 by CED Staff | Great Lakes Data Systems (GLDS) is demonstrating WinForce tech, a new mobile workforce management platform for field techs, along with WinCable in the Cloud, a cloud-based subscriber management and billing system. GLDS is showing how WinForce tech gives field technicians instant, real-time access to assigned work, as well as customer account details. Available on any smartphone, tablet, netbook or laptop, WinForce tech is designed to give field technicians the tools they need to start solving customers’ problems immediately, in the field and without calling back into the office.Additionally, GLDS is touting WinCable in the Cloud, which lets operators manage billing, subscriber management and provisioning functions virtually via the Internet, without the need for any hardware or infrastructure investment. Both products are fully integrated with GLDS’ WinCable subscriber management and billing system and SuperController provisioning solution.
