St. Regis will use GLDS’ WinCable for enterprise billing and subscriber management, SuperController™ for provisioning of double-play services over FTTH, Service Provisioning Gateway (SPG) for automated voice provisioning, WinForce tech™ for empowering field technicians, CableAnytime for web-based customer self-care, WinVoIP for call detail record billing, WinPay for automated payment processing and more.
“GLDS goes to great lengths to ensure we stay ahead of industry technology requirements. Our customers need the quickest path to new revenues and GLDS works hard to ensure we’re a part of the solution,” said GLDS’ President Garrick Russell. “St. Regis will offer top-notch, cutting-edge services and we’re pleased to provide them with tier-one subscriber management functionality, without the tier one price.”
