Alianza has integrated its Cloud Voice Platform with GLDS’ WinCable. The combined solution is designed to provide a voice service delivery solution and back-office functions, including account creation, number activation, billing, and customer care.

The deployment includes GLDS’ WinCable subscriber management and billing system, Super Controller provisioning platform, and WinForce Tech workforce management. Longmont is launching a GPON-based municipal voice and data network designed to provide data speeds of up to 1 Gbps. Longmont Power & Communications will operate the network. Giggle will use GLDS’ WinCable, which the company says can effectively manage FTTH, VoIP, high-speed Internet and other next-gen services. Giggle Fiber has selected a broad group of GLDS’ solutions to deploy double-play services to its footprint of fiber-based services. More
