October 17, 2012 by BTR Staff  |  Great Lakes Data Systems has completed integration between its WinCable subscriber management and billing system and Huawei‘s U2000 NMS.  The combined solution is being deployed for Wananchi Group in Kenya, and is intended to offer service delivery control of voice, video and data services, directly from the billing system.Direct provisioning, which the billing system provides, is intended to allow operators to eliminate the need for multiple disparate systems and allow operators to manage FTTH networks without any additional mediation or provisioning layers.
