3-24-11 Wave Broadband has signed a long-term deal to use Great Lakes Data Systems’ (GLDS) billing and provisioning platform.  Wave Broadband’s parent company, WaveDivision Holdings, is an MSO based in Kirkland, Wash., that serves more than 300,000 customers in the Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and San Francisco DMAs.
